Nowadays, human dignity is the base of the human rights issues and the other rules on human rights have originated it. Hence, the study of the theoretical foundations of human dignity in both intellectual and legal system, it means that Islam and the west, facilitate understanding of the requirements and oppositions on human dignity in medical research. From an Islamic perspective, people for the reason of god’s inspire, is possessed of wisdom and authority, subsequently is responsible for his own spiritual dignity and any behavior that leads to the violation of the dignity is not worthy, while western look, human dignity itself and without divine origin, is the source of holiness and the enjoyment of fundamental rights and freedoms and has not accept any obligation in this area, hence man in medical research is seen as a biological organism.Date
