Model E-Learning Readiness Sebagai Strategi Pengembangan Elearning
Abstract
The development of e-learning in educational institutions involves many organization factors, technology infrastructures, human resources, and environment including leadership and culture. E-learning readiness (ELR) model is a manifestation of organization components toward e-learning adoption. The ELR model not only assess on what level of institution are ready for e-learning, but also reveals in what areas their companies need improvement and in which areas it is successful to support the e-learning implementation. ELR model in the analysis phase is used to prepare the requirements document which is used as a base line for the design, development, and imlplementation phase. At the evaluation phase, ELR model is used to assess the successful of e-learning and make recycling decission to improve the next period.Date
