Abstract

Diplomová práce reflektuje religiózní aspekty vybraných metod alternativní medicíny vycházející z předpokladů západní esoterické tradice. Problematizuje všeobecně přijímané názory na oblast nekonvenční medicíny, včetně nástinu nesamozřejmé skutečnosti, že původ přírodních věd, tedy i medicíny a farmacie vyrostl z filosoficko-religiózního základu tradičních věd. Fragmenty těchto přístupů jsou skryté právě v tradici západního esoterismu a významnou měrou se tyto skutečnosti odrážejí ve zde vybraných metodách alternativní medicíny. Moderní exaktní vědy se stále více dostávají do konfrontace s alternativními přístupy, které je nutí k neustálému přehodnocování svých stanovisek. Nejde tedy o alternativní přístup, ale spíše o komplementární vztah dvou medicínských modelů. Alternativní léčebné přístupy, schopné poznávat nejniternější a nejsubtilnější procesy lidského organismu, tak mohou být doplněny schopnostmi současných lékařských specialistů a moderní medicínské techniky.

This diploma work reflects religious aspects of selected methods of alternative medicie resulting from prerequisites of western esoteric tradition. It disputes generally accepted opinions of uncoventional methods of treatment, including used terminology and the relation to the conventional medicine. It outlines the non-obviousness of the fact that the origin of natural sciences, which means even medicine and pharmacy, grew out of the philosophically-religious basis of tradicional sciences. The fragments of these approaches are hidden in a tradition of western esotericism whose youngest surge is represented by a wave of alternative osteric phenomena describing themselves as the New Age movement. These facts are significantly reflected in particular methods of alternative medicine that are described as therapeutical methods with religious overlaps. Basically, it is not an alternative "either - or" relation but a complementary relation of two medical models resulting from different bases. The advantages of tradicional medical approaches, which are able to get to know complexly the most iward and the most attenauted processes of human organism, are possible to be supplemented with exact annd in detail focused abilities of the medical specialists and the most up-to-date medical methods.
