AbstractThis paper describes the experience of and lessons learned by a graduate institution in developing a process and a structure for the improvement of course media in existing graduate-level online and residential courses. The institution provided extensive technical and instructional support to the faculty members, engaged the department chairs in the planning process, and emphasized the educational basis for the implementation of technology. As a result, the faculty members became enthusiastic about the potential for enrichment of learning and actively partnered with instructional designers and technical developers to enhance their course media.
