AbstractAbstract. This document describes a strategic planning proposal aimed at the creation and implementation of a national teacher training program using distance learning in Mexico, considering the use of interactive technologies such as computer mediated communication (CMC) and satellite interactive transmission. This movement is a result of the pressure being made on public educational systems to be innovative. Strategies are formulated, but they must be followed by explanations of mechanisms for implementation, evaluation of results, checking of situations and implementation of corrective adjustments, to guarantee the success of the distance distributed learning model.
