Optimizing e-Learning Effect with the Right Technological Solution

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to assist educators in adopting the right combination of technology in their daily E-Learning classroom so that more optimal learning effect may be generated upon the completion of course. Toward this end, the technology issue was first examined at levels of E-Learning mode, platform and tools, and media format based on the adopter category theory. Then on the pedagogy issue, instruction types and their associated activities, as well as learner styles were identified and classified to make E-Learning technology more applicable. Finally, a reference model addressing classroom events with their preferred implementation tools, media formats, and strategies was recommended to help modern educators solve their technological problems.
