The Navigation Experience in an Online Activity: Related Variables to User Satisfaction

AbstractThe universities and other education institutions are using the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in order to improve the traditional methods and supply effectively the new instructors’ and students’ needs. This study explores the relations between some important factors that affect the success in e-learning courses. We should be taken into account the users’ Satisfaction as a predictor factor of success and continuance intention in e-learning. How are the variables related with user Satisfaction? The data was tested using structural equations to analyze the related variables of Use, Self-efficacy and Expectations about ICT.
