Abstract
The SouthCentral RTEC Higher Education Cadres seek to create a network of stakeholders concerned with technology and educator preparation for ongoing collaboration and sharing of resources across a six state region and to disseminate and promote research-based models of best and promising practices. Central to this mission is sustainability through building local capacity and regional support. Defining what this means and how it may be accomplished is a subject that should be of interest to all educators. This presentation will describe process and products of this initiative and engage participants in applying what has been learned to their institution, their state, and their region.
