Although most teachers considered thediscussion device useful, they did not actively participate in the discussion activities. Severalfactors were identified to slow down the communication among teachers. This paperdescribes the discussion activities among participating teachers and attempts to analyzevarious factors that may contribute to the successful communication in the discussionactivities. Finally this paper makes suggestions about how to enhance such an experience inthe future.
