Las trayectorias académicas: de la diversidad a la haterogeneidad.

In this article we study the diversity of academic trajectories in light of heterogeneity, concept that attends to the links that organized the life and history of scholars. The group is reconstructed as the space where unequal, different and opponent individuals are entailed. We developed in synthesis the generational process in which inequality, difference and discrepancy are constituted, inside the familiar milieu and in the institutional framework. Finally, we propose three analytic dimensions that need to be studied in depth: 1) the high degree of indetermination; 2) the strong discriminatory disposition; and 3) the predominance of verticality and the weakness of horizontal networks. These are the basic components of the pattern of constitution and reproduction of scholars in the National University of Mexico (UNAM).Date
