The article addresses the issue of ethics in the editing process of research in the field of teacher education, and of ethics in writing papers for scholarly submissions. According to the editors of the "Asia-Pacific Journal of Teacher Education," at the level of editing, they are faced with an ethical dilemma when they are presented with papers from diverse cultural contexts that might challenge their values and assumptions as editors in the Australian context. At the level of writing, they are active researchers who have found themselves addressing ethical approval processes at a formal level and at the level of producing research in the writing process.3 page(s)
