Formative administration to promote the ethics of the teacher as leader of the National Program of educators' Formation in the municipality of Santa María of Ipire, State Guárico.

AbstractAt present in Venezuela, deep transformations happens, guided to the construction of a new society, based on ethical and moral values that guarantee the change in all the spheres of the country. The Bolivariana Education, as fundamental element to model the new man, through personal teaching with professional and ethical preparation, able to face the challenges that the dynamic and changing society imposes to the educational practice. The presently study intends a strategy of formative management, with the purpose of promoting the ethics of the personal teaching one that directs the National Program of Formation of Educators in the Municipality Santa María of Ipire, State Guárico, according to the demands of the education and the current society. For such effects, theoretical, empiric and statistical methods of the scientific investigation were used. The strategy was implemented in the pedagogic practice that is developed in the University Village "Antonio D' Armas Matute of the Municipality Santa María of Ipire, State Guárico whose results are evidenced positively in 85%, demonstrated in the practice of behaviors according to the ethics, on the part of the directive, so much in the classroom of classes like in the execution of the Bolivariana Professional Linking.
