AbstractX银行Y分行主要负责X银行在Y地区的金融业务活动，分行长期以来一直致力于小微企业信贷业务的发展，并且具有一定信贷规模。然而，金融市场内外部环境的不断变化，金融监管政策日趋严格，贷后管理逐渐成为X银行Y银行保障信贷资产质量、控制信贷业务风险的重要环节。Y分行在小微企业贷后管理工作中取得了一定的成绩，但也存在着许多不足，研究Y分行小微企业信贷业务贷后管理问题对该行提升信贷管理水平、控制信贷风险、改善经营质量、扩大业务规模等有着重要作用和积极意义。 本文首先对X银行Y分行小微企业信贷业务贷后管理体系及相关问题的研究背景、目的与意义进行阐述，梳理国内外研究现状，对信贷风险管理相关理论进行了回顾。其次，从贷后管理模式、人员配备和贷后跟踪管理系统三个方面对Y分行公司小微企业贷后管理现状进行了分析，并运用聚类分析、因子分析、Logistic模型等计量分析方法对小微企业信贷客户特征和信贷业务风险进行了系统分析，再次，详细阐释了Y分行小微企业贷后管理的现存问题以及产生问题的原因，最后，提出优化Y分行小微企业贷后管理的路径和对策。通过本文的研究，得到如下结论： 第一，Y分行小微企业的贷后管理模式存在改革不系统、工作不通畅等问题，贷后管理人员配备存在配置不足、培训不到位的问题，贷后跟踪管理系统存在管理不规范和管理方法难实现等问题。第二，Y分行的客户特征大致可以分为三类，即短期中小额度流动资金贷款、长期大额度基本建设贷款和中期中等额度的流动资金与人民币额度贷款。影响小微企业信贷业务风险的主要因素是授信品种、客户信用等级、借款金额和客户单位性质。第三，Y分行应加强对行业的调查研究，合理选择小微企业信贷投放区域；深化贷后管理体系改革；加强贷后管理人才建设、培训以及明确贷后管理职责；拓宽信息获取渠道，发挥贷后跟踪管理预警机制等举措。
