Strategy of citizen formation for the university community. An experience in Taguasco´s municipality.

Abstract

In the presence of the current challenges that the university must assume, it was carried out a diagnosis in the University Municipal Center of Taguasco, that reveals insufficiencies in the social conduct of the university community, according to the exigencies of the society, which limits the pertinence of the university processes. Then, decide insufficiencies in the process of axiological formation of the university community and limitations in the dynamics of the citizen formation of the community (students and professors) The main investigative results are: as contributes theoretician, the model of the formative dynamics of contextualized citizen, in the university community, sustained in the Holistic theory- Configuracional and the socio-anthropological character of human condition, and as practical contributing the strategy of citizen formation for the university community. It is revealed the logical integration of the intentional cultural citizen and the formation in the social context university student, expressed in the formative systematization of the social construction of the ethical drill and the aesthetic formation for the citizen, of the university community. The scientific pertinence is valued of the investigative results, and corroborates its realizable application, which contributes to perfect the current mechanisms of development of the university axiology and its process of citizen formation dynamics of educational and students.
