AbstractProblematic of motivation to epoché and reduction is one of the most discussed points in Husserls phenomenology and in other texts about phenomenology, too. In Husserl’s texts we find two sides: motivation seems like one coin side of reduction and its other side presents limitation of this act. In the text we concentrate on two parts of this consideration: individual begin in the personal decision and historical begin of philosophizing.
