Abstract
"El uso de modelos animales en la investigación biomédica es esencial para el desarrollo de tratamientos ante las enfermedades y para entender cómo la naturaleza está organizada, cómo somos, cuál es el fundamento de la conducta y de nuestros sentimientos y sensaciones. Los avances en los tratamientos para males tan comunes y debilitantes como la diabetes, el cáncer, el SIDA, las enfermedades respiratorias o del corazón y las neurodegenerativas, como el Parkinson, por poner algunos ejemplos, no habrían sido posibles sin el uso de animales para investigación. Por otra parte, los avances que proporciona la investigación biomédica benefician directamente a los propios animales y la mayoría de los tratamientos veterinarios modernos son el resultado directo de la utilización de modelos animales en experimentación" ["The use of animal models in biomedical research is essential to the development of treatments to diseases and to understand how nature is organized, how we are, what is the basis behavior and our feelings and sensations. Advances in treatments for such common and debilitating diseases such as diabetes, cancer, AIDS, respiratory or heart diseases and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's, to name a few, they would not have been possible without the use of animals for research. Furthermore, it advances which provides biomedical research directly benefit the animals themselves and most modern veterinary treatments are the direct result of the use of animal models in experimental"]

Export search results

The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Different formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

By default, clicking on the export buttons will result in a download of the allowed maximum amount of items.

To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.

After making a selection, click one of the export format buttons. The amount of items that will be exported is indicated in the bubble next to export format.
