Abstract

"O presente artigo considera o símbolo enquanto linguagem fundamental da existência humana. No âmbito da religião, o simbolismo é considerado como extremamente importante enquanto manifestação da experiência religiosa. Para abordagem desse aspecto fundante do sagrado, o estudo parte da hermenêutica ricoeuriana e se dispõe a analisar a simbólica do mal enquanto exemplo de um símbolo preciso no qualestá implícita a concepção da teoria geral da hermenêutica simbólica de Ricoeur. Após, relaciona símbolo e metáfora para melhor compreensão do núcleo semântico do símbolo ao contrastá-lo com a metáfora" ["This article considers symbol as a fundamental language of human existence.
