POLÍTICA PÚBLICA DE REDUÇÃO E OFERTA DO ÁLCOOL-ESTUDO DE CASO DE BARRA DE SÃO FRANCISCO (ES) (PUBLIC POLICIES ON ALCOHOL OF RESTRAINT FOR SALE OF ALCOHOL-CASE STUDY OF BARRA DE SÃO FRANCISCO CITY)

Abstract

<p align="justify" ><b>Resumo:</b> Analisar a política pública de restrição à venda de bebidas alcoólicas no município de Barra de São Francisco (ES) é o objetivo deste trabalho. Como metodologia utilizamos a pesquisa documental e a pesquisa de campo. Para discussão consideramos as leis formuladas pelo município, as atas das reuniões da câmara municipal e o número de estabelecimentos que vendem bebidas alcoólicas. O número de pontos de venda de bebidas alcoólicas no município não indicou uma alta concentração espacial relativa ao número de domicílios (para cada 35,6 domicílios havia 1 ponto de venda). Concluímos que a política de restrição a venda de bebidas alcoólicas no município não está sendo efetivada na íntegra. <br><br><b>Abstract:</b> The objective of this research is the analysis of the restrictions pertaining to the sell of alcoholic beverages in the county of Barra de São Francisco (ES). The methodology employed utilizes field work conducted in the respective county as well as a theoretical and documental framework. As a point of discussion, this work considers legislation formulated and implemented by the county’s legislative bodies in addition to the number of establishments that sell alcoholic beverages in the area. One of this research’s initial findings does not indicate a particularly high concentration of establishments that sell alcoholic beverages relative to the number of homes in the county. This research further concludes that the legislation pertaining to the restrictions placed upon the sell of alcoholic beverages is not being fully enforced in Barra de São Francisco.</p>
