AbstractIn this article the basic components, the specificity, the maintenance, and the results of the theoretical analysis and skilled-experimental work dealing with the formation of future specialist preparedness to pedagogical creativity are revealed by the means of the reflective experience. The maintenance of the pedagogical experiment, including creative innovative methods and the reflective interaction forms, and also principles and possible pedagogical barriers of their realization, can be useful in higher education system of physical training and sports specialists preparation. As a result the following positions are considered: the students rethinking of values and senses of their own pedagogical activity; the reconsideration of the future specialists educational position; the reflective thinking of the creative pedagogical activity problems and the future professional positions.
