论晋商诚信道德对诚信机制建设的意义

Abstract

Abstract in Chinese: 作为明清时期十大商帮之首，晋商以其精湛的商业经营技巧、票号间的规模经营以及敏锐的商业经营意识而著称，内在的诚信经营意识也是晋商成功的重要因素，而这种精神或信仰恰是我国市场经济高速发展过程中所欠缺的。文章旨在通过对于晋商诚信道德形成原因、价值原则及保障机制的系统分析基础上重点提出当前我国诚信体系建设的有益建议。Abstract in English: Jin merchants can serve as the top of ten business groups in the Ming and Qing dynasties, its success not only lies in the latter superb business skills, scale operation between Banks and sensitive business sense, but at the same time, its internal credit management consciousness is also an important factor to business success. And this is exactly what spirit or faith in the process of the market economy high speed development of our country lacks. The thesis aims to what bases on the systematic analysis of Jin merchants’ ethics moral formation, value principle and guarantee mechanism to provide beneficial suggestions for the construction of our country's credit system.
