AbstractThe article deals with the traditional development pattern Caucasus agrarian relations that prevented the spread of the market economy forms and in this regard is to be replaced by the appropriate mechanisms of transfer of agricultural region in the capitalist path of development. Under the influence of the development of capitalism radically alien population influx influenced changes in socio-economic structure in the entire Caucasus. Population, more and more involved in the trade and economic activity, and lost social status indications. As a result of the social and class structure of the population has undergone significant changes. Simultaneously developing rapidly trade and market forces led to the internal structuring of individual classes, forming separate, based on the division of property status groups, or even pushed people out of the same to them of status and class. The changes also affected the territorial organization, the social class structure, the cultural aspects of society, etc.
