Abstract
"I have read with interest and sympathy, your outburst in the Fraternal regarding pastoral visitation. I know exactly how you feel and ventur{l a reply, based on thirty years experience. I feel I must do so, because in my opinion visitation, whilst it can be tedious and llliborious, is in the long.,run the most rewarding part of our work. I beg you not to grow wearyl:oo soon"
