FORMATION OF ECOLOGICAL CULTURE AND ITS TRANSFORMATION INTO CULTURE OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT REGIONAL PRINCIPLES OF THE ECOLOGICAL LAW

Abstract

The author reveals the content and the structure of the concept of ecological culture through the principles and norms of environmental law in the article. The author considers the regional level of statehood. Regional principles of environmental law are analyzed in this paper as part of the cultural and environmental indicators for sustainable development in the region. These principles are of particular interest from the point of view of the environmental culture and its transformation into culture of sustainable development. The author has also established the fact that none of the principles work fully. The fact of absence of positive dynamics of ecological culture in the region and its transformation into culture of sustainable development is established on the basis of the analysis.
