COMPLEX SOCIAL-HYGIENIC RESEARCH OF SATISFACTION OF THE URBAN POPULATION OF THE ORGANIZATION AND QUALITY OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE

AbstractIn the article presents the main results obtained in the course of the survey of the adult population of the city of Moscow on the issues of satisfaction provided in the urban polyclinics, medical care and the extent of its availability. The results of the survey were processed in accordance with the existing methods of organization of sociological surveys. In the course of the discussion of the received results it is established that the total integral indicator of satisfaction with health services amounted to 0,85, the satisfaction rate of the population of the quality of medical care - 0,77, the satisfaction rate of the population of the availability of medical care - 0,78 (t=2,14, p<0,05). Assessment of the respondents level of qualification of doctors is quite high, the average satisfaction represented 0,81. The lowest satisfaction with the results of the medical assistance is marked by a survey of patients in ZAO, YUAO, WAO. It should be noted that the most highly appreciated by all the respondents received the attitude of the medical staff, the satisfaction rating on the average of 0,91. Thus, the obtained data testify to the lack of efficiency of activity of the institutions providing primary medical-social assistance. The main results of the research can be used in the practical work of health care managers of different levels with the purpose of increase of efficiency of work of medical institutions and patients satisfaction with availability and quality of medical care.
