Abstract
"EVIDENCE of the fact that the War still persist is seen in the public inteneost evoked by the production of a recent play, therefore I make no apology for the seemingly belated reply to a former paper. "The Effect of the War upon the Preaching of the Cross" was the subject of a dainty literary contribution, and at the same time a poignant hu11I1wn dOcument, eloquent of a greaJt mental run:d spiritual conftict, by Mr. B. G. Collins in the "Fraternal.""
