Konsep Amar Ma’ruf Nahi Munkar FPI

Abstract

In this paper, the writer attemps to explain about the concept of Amar Ma’ruf and Nahi Munkar proposed by FPI (Islamic Front Defender) in the study of living Quran through communication approach. Through internet as effective medium to convoy the message from communicator institution. Through communication theory, the values of Quran is living and developed in the community. FPI is also using mass media trough managing website containing their vission and their mission. Their movement and their activism is an affirmation tool to inform and influence community with the ideas of monumental Dakwah movement. The result of this research that the concept of Amar Ma’ruf and Nahi Munkar in the Quran that living in the community divided into threee: first, is estetic reception which confirms the beauty, art and estetic. Secondly is cultural reception which confirm ideas and cognition and the third is social and political system
