Com referência ao cenário europeu dos anos 30 e 40 do século passado examina-se o empenho de Guido Calogero para obter uma síntese de princípios liberais e socialistas em nome da promoção da "democracia integral e da justa liberdade ".<br>With regard to the Italian and European scene of the thirties and forties of the last century Guido Calogeros endeavor towards a synthesis of liberal and socialist principles in the name of the promotion of "integral democracy and just freedom" is examined.
