Abstract
"Eu acredito que nao há nenhuma sociedade de informagao global singular. As sociedades de informagao existiram históricamente exatamente como elas existem hoje. As sociedades de informagao de hoje diferem das do passado na medida em que está crescendo a dependencia do uso tecnologias digitais, de redes e de servigos, sobretudo da Internet. A Internet e suas muitas novas aplicagoes de mídia podem ser usadas por todos aqueles que tem as habilidades e outros recursos necessários a sua utilizagáo - estejam onde estiverem. Isso significa que seja onde for que as pessoas o desejem, há novas oportunidades de realizar diferentes tipos de diálogo crítico, tanto local como globalmente, sobre questoes de governanga e de participagáo democrática. Mas, igualmente, a mesma tecnologia pode ser usada por aqueles que procuram subverter os processos democráticos, existentes ou novos. A interface principal está, conseqüentemente, entre aqueles que encontram as vozes novas que conduzem a participagáo ativa em processos democráticos; mas nao há nenhuma garantia de que estas vozes serao ouvidas."

Export search results

The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Different formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

By default, clicking on the export buttons will result in a download of the allowed maximum amount of items.

To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.

After making a selection, click one of the export format buttons. The amount of items that will be exported is indicated in the bubble next to export format.
