Abstract
Resumen. En este trabajo se presenta el análisis del impacto de la capacitación en la productividad del personal en una empresa de tubería en México, puesto que en la actualidad las empresas a nivel mundial, están incluyendo programas de capacitación a todos sus niveles jerárquicos. De un buen programa de capacitación se desprende una buena toma de decisiones, un trabajo en equipo consolidado, y una alta productividad. La capacitación es fundamental para el desarrollo de las actividades de las personas, en su ambiente laboral, les ayuda a actualizarse en los cambios tecnológicos y teóricos que se presentan ante los cambios constantes que se viven en la actualidad. In this work is presented the analysis of the training impact on personnel productivity in a pipe manufacturing company, since at the present times the companies at world level are including training programs at every hierarchical level. From a good training program can be obtained a good decision making, a consolidated team work and high productivity. Training is fundamental for the development of employee’s activities in their work environment; it helps to up date them in technological and theoretical changes that emerge before the constant changes that happen nowadays. Export search results

The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Different formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

By default, clicking on the export buttons will result in a download of the allowed maximum amount of items.

To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.

After making a selection, click one of the export format buttons. The amount of items that will be exported is indicated in the bubble next to export format.
