Abstract
人的评价在中国的社会语境中常常被诠释为动物层级的生存权,所以,有关人权与政治关 联的表述都被设定在生存和安全这种最基本的“活命权”选项之内,而其它更具人味的生活价值 如:尊严感与发展权,内在的心灵慰藉、以及创造性实现和自由等真正意义上的普适人权,则 因社会整体认识上的迷误和权力话语的有意误导,而被一般人当作不切实用、以其不具“衣食 效应”而很少引起关注。由是观之,能够免于恐惧以确保人命不受戕害 “顺其自然”地活下来, 不仅是社会公权决策中最具感召力的治道方略,也是民间对弄权政团最感恩戴德的行政祈求, 由此而派生的各种政治动议和国家目标设置,也就仅仅局限于如何应对物质馈乏和身体伤害 等,与人的性命攸关的底层面问题,而对社会正义和公民之间相互尊重、不羞辱等制度设置与 文化展示,则基本不在中国人的公共生活视野和政治预期之内。

Export search results

The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Different formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

By default, clicking on the export buttons will result in a download of the allowed maximum amount of items.

To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.

After making a selection, click one of the export format buttons. The amount of items that will be exported is indicated in the bubble next to export format.
