Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó tomando en cuenta la relación que existe entre la cultura organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del Banco de la Nación sucursal Trujillo, siendo esta de tipo aplicada no experimental de corte transversal ya que la investigación fue realizada sin la alteración o manipulación de las variables, identificando el nivel de relación entre ambas variables, en la que se emplearon conocimientos que ya están preestablecidos en base a la relación de las dos variables, teniendo como población todo el personal de dicha sucursal que ascienden a 25 colaboradores. El instrumento aplicado fue un cuestionario adaptados de Heinzmann y Netto (2014) y Chiavenato (2009), llegando a la conclusión que existe una relación positiva significativa a nivel 0.05 (bilateral) debido a que el significado (bilateral) es de 0.020 menor a 0.05. En consecuencia se logró comprobar la hipótesis formulada en el presente trabajo de investigación, a mayor cultura organizacional será mejor el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del Banco de la Nación sucursal Trujillo, en cual se identificó que la cultura se encuentra en un nivel regular en un 0.64% y el desempeño laboral se identificó en un 0.92% siendo calificado como bueno.

The present investigation was carried out taking into account the relation that exists between the organizational culture and the labor performance of the collaborators of the Banco de la Nación sucursal Trujillo 2017, being this type of non-experimental cross-sectional applied type since the investigation was carried out without the alteration Or manipulation of the variables, identifying the level of relation between the two variables, in which knowledge was already established based on the relationship of the two variables, having as a population all the personnel of that branch that number 25 employees. The instrument applied was a questionnaire adapted from Heinzmann and Netto (2014) and Chiavenato (2009), concluding that there is a significant positive relation at 0.05 (bilateral) because the sig (bilateral) is 0.020 less than 0.05. As a result, the hypothesis formulated in the present research work was verified, the greater the organizational culture, the better the work performance of the collaborators of Banco de la Nación branch Trujillo, in which it was identified that the culture is at a regular level in a 0.64% and the labor performance was identified in 0.92% being rated as good.
