Abstract
También nuestras ideas y asociaciones, memorias y proyectos como pueblos hacen histórico a Jesús" "The historical Jesus is, also and basically, the Jesus that his contemporaries saw and how they saw him. The people said that Jesus was John the Baptizer, Elijah or another of the ancient prophets. What was there in Jesus’ attitudes and deeds that permitted those associations? What did the people await and hope about those prophets that allowed them to tag these identities on Jesus? On the other hand, what was implicit in Peter’s declaring Jesus as Messiah, and what different images and concepts about what a Messiah is expected to do and be were there in the common people? Our ideas and asociations, memories and projects as people also make historical to Jesus"
