Abstract
The article critiques the prevailing Neoliberalism in our Latin American societies, emphasizing the oppostion and alternatives proposed and developed by the underprivilaged women that inhabit, work and struggle in lower-income neighborhoods. This analysis is based on establishing the correlation between Women and Economy. From this perspective, one may conceive an alternative to Proverbs 31,10-31. This point of view illustrates the patriarchal dominion given to this text, and proposes a new consideration of the strong woman, giving light to their inner-strength, families, struggles and achievements"
