The article critiques the prevailing Neoliberalism in our Latin American societies, emphasizing the oppostion and alternatives proposed and developed by the underprivilaged women that inhabit, work and struggle in lower-income neighborhoods. This analysis is based on establishing the correlation between Women and Economy. From this perspective, one may conceive an alternative to Proverbs 31,10-31. This point of view illustrates the patriarchal dominion given to this text, and proposes a new consideration of the strong woman, giving light to their inner-strength, families, struggles and achievements" | |
