Abstract
The article analyses the text of Luke 18:1-8, whose theme is the necessity of persistence in prayer. The woman, a widow, is seen as protagonist of the prayer that pleases God: untiring action in the search for right and justice. This agressive spirituality is bequeathed to us and is seen as being part of our power, being identified with the faith that Jesus Christ wishes to encounter in the Day of Judgement"
