Abstract
The genetic modification of living organisms has generated intractable ethical questions. The search leads to conceptual frameworks ask whether there has been a modification of the ontological status of organisms altered by biotechnology. This article presents an approach to biotechnology body from thinking of the philosophers José Ortega y Gasset and Xavier Zubiri about man and technology, conceptualizing biotech artificial object as "artificial organism" with the distinction of being the first object produced by the man who plays independently"]
