Abstract
["This essay aims to look at the migration from the ethics of alterity of Emmanuel Levinas, what demands some methodological decisions. Firs, to vindícate for the alterity the same philosophical rihgt as that of anothers cathegories moore and better established like identity. After, to explore the internal differences of the alterity on its opening to the historical time an to the (multi)cultural space. Thirth, to associate the alterity and its diffrences to the ethics in order to – fourth - to focus the argument on the Emmanuel Levinas´s ethical alterity, what is, as one knows, is articulated around the the “other” who, on presenting himself as a “face”, appears as the expression of the vulnerability itself. This abstract vulnerability – fifth - takes the concrete form of the migrant vulnerability, which is the effect of some socio-cultural conditions and whose bearer, the migrant (especilly if muslim and african) personifies on his on right the philosophical figure of the levinasian other and his plea for justice. On this context, finaly, the asymmetrical responsability discloses itself as the impossibility that the asked for justice not to give a reply."]
