Abstract
First the author makes a panoramic draft and a reduction of the themes of discursive ethics he has developed. These themes are related to the morally restrictive objective coercions. Then the author analyzes the problem of man´s relations with institutions and with political subsystems such as politics, law and economy and their respective functions. Finally, the metainstitution of the discourse of philosophically primordial humanity is clarified.
