Abstract

The human violence is not instinctive it is learned. Their seeds are sowed in the first years of the life, are cultivated and develop during the infancy and begin to give his malignant fruits in the adolescence. This work puts to discussion methods of criminal prevention for children in an invented context though not such a way fictitious, it will raise rational doubts and will question the foundations of the dogmatist and the ethics.

La violencia humana no es instintiva sino que se aprende. Sus semillas se siembran en los primeros años de la vida, se cultivan y desarrollan durante la infancia y comienzan a dar sus frutos malignos en la adolescencia. Este trabajo pone sobre la mesa métodos de prevención delictiva para menores en un contexto inventado aunque no totalmente ficticio, planteará dudas racionales y cuestionará los cimientos de la dogmática y la ética.
