Abstract
Administrative evil and consultation principle. This paper develops the notion of administrative evil in accordance with Gary Adams and Danny Balfour's revealing thesis, evaluating its features and its relationships with public and private administrative organizations. The study acknowledges certain limits to standard administrative ethics and suggests focusing the revision of administrative evil on overcoming two way administrative agents as an analytical tool. Thus, it puts forward an application of the consultation ethical principle that would imply a change in the way modes of setting up public or coporate administrative organizations are conceived.
