الأمانة وأثرها في إصلاح المجتمع المدني ضمن محور(القضايا المتعلقة بالمجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية

Abstract

تهدف هذه المقالة إلى تقديم دراسة شافية في الأمانة وبيان آثارها على حياة أفراد المجتمع المدني و إصلاح مجتمعاتهم من التدهور والفساد الذي ظل يلحق بها من جميع الجوانب, وإبراز أنه لا مفرّ من العناية بالأمانة وتوظيفها في جميع مجالات الحياة لضمان استقرار, وأمن, ومستقبل باهر للمجتمع, وأيضاً, لإصلاح علاقة العباد مع ربهم وعلاقاتهم مع بعضهم, حتى تكون حياتهم كلها في إطار شرعي. كما تهدف إلى توعية المجتمعات في أنه لا مستقبل يُتوقع لأي مجتمعٍ لا يُعني بالأمانة, لأنها تدخل في جميع مناحي الحياة. يتاول الباحث هذه الدراسة من خلال نقاط آتية: الأمانة مفهومها والنصوص الواردة فيها. أثر الأمانة على حياة الأفراد في إصلاح المجتمع المدني. آليات تفعيل الأمانة في الوظيفة وأثرها في المجتمعات المدنية المعاصرة. ولتغطية هذه النقاط, وتحقيق تلك الأهداف انتهج الباحث في هذه المقالة منهجين. الأول: استقرائي؛ وذلك لسبر أغوار الموضوع محل البحث. وتحليلي: لبيان ما اعتمد عليه أهل العلم في دراسة الأمانة, وشرح آثار أداءها على المجتمع. وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة النتائج من أهمها: أن الأمانة قِيمةٌ خُلقية واسعة الدلالة، لها معانٍ متعددةٌ؛ من حيث اللغة هي ضد الخيانة, أما من حيث الاصطلاح فلها معان عديدة أرجحها: أمانة التكليف والطاعة والفرائض، وأمانة الودائع.
 أن الأمانة حظت بالعناية من الشرع المطهر حيث بيَّنها وفصّل مجالات تطبيقها بأروع الأساليب, ومن هذه المجالات: مجال العقيدة ومجال العبادة, والمجال الاجتماعي, والمجال الاقتصادي, والمجال العلمي, والمجال الدعوي, بغية الوصول إلى الغاية المغيا من القيام بالأمانة, والتي تتمثل في شعور الفرد بمسؤوليته أمام الله تعالى عن كل ما يوكل إليه من واجبات وحقوق، لذلك أوجبها الإسلام وَدَعَا إليها في جميع الأمور التي تتصل بالفرد والمجتمعات المدنية. 
 
 
 This article aims to present a comprehensive study on al-Amanah (i.e the trust) and explain its impact on the life of every individual and the society at large in reforming them from deterioration and corruption which have penetrated them from all sides, It also shows the inescapability of the society from the implementation of al-Amanah in all areas of life to ensure stability, security, a bright future for the individuals and society at large, a strong relationship with their creator and maintenance of their relationship with each other so that their entire lives will be within the realm of legitimacy. The paper also aims to call for the awareness of society that there is no future for any society which does not pay attention to al-Amanah. This is because it is an integral part of the individual and societal lives. Thus, the researcher will discuss this study within the following points: al-Amanah, its concept and the narrated texts on it, the impact of al-Amanah on the lives of the people in reforming their societies. The tools of implementing al-Amanah in the job and its impact on contemporary society. To cover these points and to achieve the goals the researcher employs extrapolation and analytical methods to study this topic. The study comes up with the findings such as: al-Amanah is a moral and it has various meaning, it is linguistically opposite of treason, and it terminologically has various meanings the most preferable one are: al-Amanah of the commission and al-Amanah of the obedience, and al-Amanah of the obligations and al-Amanah of deposits.
