"En el mundo orientado por la globalización, y en una época de cambios vertiginosos, particularmente de tipo sociales y culturales, las Comunidades Eclesiales de Base (CEB’s), a partir de la opción preferencial por los pobres y una mística encarnada desde la realidad de América Latina, ofrecen, desde sus límites y aciertos, una alternativa eclesial y social para el reencuentro con la fraternidad y la solidaridad."
