Abstract
The question that serves as epigraph sets the tone of what will be said below. She indicates optical path in which it will face the proposed topic hermeneutics own vision of a thinker Christian, who is aware placed " under the roof of the Church" (Karl Barth ) , specifically in the current context of a Church which , on their way to the third millennium, aims to establish a dialogue with the world and , in particular, with the world of culture. It is not, therefore, only a perspective historical , whether of Church history or history of doctrines medieval , but a more complete understanding of a professional of theology trying to think today , while respecting their wealth and articulate manner , the relationship between " Church Culture and University. " What matters to add that , if the context we opened the eyes to a future perspective , the same subject, in the course of reflection, we retrospectively stretched into the past , giving the speech a character autobiographical . Understood : making me aware that same coordinates of this reflection reactivated so my own journey of new thought in recent forty years"]
