Abstract

"Este artigo leva em consideração a questão da “distância cultural” na transplantação de religiões japonesas em países distantes, isto é, em países que são distantes do Japão, geográfica e culturalmente. Em particular, o texto se refire a exemplos selecionados daquilo que no Japão é considerado “novas religiões”, tais como, Omotokyo, Sekai Kyuseikyo, Seicho-no-iê, Shinnyoen, Tenrikyô e Tensho Kotai Jingu Kyo, são bastante ativas no Brasil" ["This article considers the issue of "cultural distance" in transplantation of Japanese religions in distant countries, ie countries that are distant from Japan, geographically and culturally.
