Abstract
The issues involved are conditioned by the peculiarities of the politico -religious and socio-political contexts culture of Greece and they derive some "reading" , a concrete interpretation of female corporeality . So we can see the entanglement between female body legislature and ecclesiastical bodies in the framework of the Greek population issue . The state and ecclesiastical contemporary discourse on abortion converge highlighting the ethnophyletique dimension of birth control. As occurs gradually level representations and symbolic about the body feminine, a fundamental shift from the image of the female body as " body of sin against God " as the" body - sin against the nation. " This apprehension politicoreligieuse peculiar phenomenon of abortion reveals the multitude and complexity of the processes through which the female body becomes an emblem of existing policy and eventually form a "purpose" of legislation as another"]
