Abstract
["The Seventh-day Adventist Church [SDA] in Brazil currently has the highest membership in absolute numbers this worldwide movement. It is also one of the most significant groups within Protestantism in Brazil, with only two traditions within the country have a higher membership: Lutherans and Baptists, Pentecostals excluded many branches. The current socio-economic context of the SDA membership is quite different from the profile presented in its insertion in Brazil. There is a peculiarity of the church's arrival in Brazil that is your relationship with the German community established in Brazil during the nineteenth and early twentieth".]
