Abstract
Never before activity private companies had as clear impacts on economic prosperity, political stability, and environmental sustainability of societies. However, the scandals of fraud and corruption in the private sector around the world have put the focus on the vulnerability of companies, especially in its responsibility in the fight against bribery and corruption. Companies are increasingly aware that the corruption jeopardizes the reputation, sustainability and competitiveness of your business"]
