Abstract
["  Whereas the neoliberal economic model in the context of globalization as Also, the loss of power of states and the fragility of civil society in various issues, be said that the trend indicates that power and wealth is concentrated in large companies.   Increases imbalances between North and South hemispheres and model the globalization, beyond uniform patterns of production and consumption, and seem resolved not yet generate more environmental problems, poverty and social injustice".]
