Abstract
The debate on the private sector in response to the reality of hunger and poverty in the world seems to begin to overcome the pervasive and tedious discussion of whether this matter is proper or not. Has argued, rightly, that the private sector should not in principle invading powers and responsibilities correspond to the states when it comes to skills related to human rights and responsibilities universal, such as education or health. Other voices, more reviews come from the companies themselves are saying they should not have any liability totally unrelated issues regarding its main reason for that is profit"]
