Abstract© Medwell Journals, 2015. The study analyzes the role of graphic reflection of understanding the quality, given examples of the use of icons in order to create a new culture of quality. The researchers' vision of a human's culture cycle as the basis of operating culture and services is justified. The researchers prove the need for the formation of a unified information space of the graphic organization through the prism of the main provisions of constructing a system of quality management system, covering all spheres and levels of activity, all categories of employees. According to the researchers, the key role of graphical representation of images which refers to the quality of the organization is to develop a culture's quality of an employee which in turn, creates the operating culture and (or) delivery of services. For the foregoing reasons, the researchers attempted to give graphic understanding of what is the quality in the organization, formed on the basis of Quality Management System (hereinafter QMS). The approach to improve the operating culture and delivery of services is justified. The model of the graphical representation of the QMS in the organization, introduced by the researchers, allows us to identify and describe the processes to conduct self-evaluation and SWOT analysis, define the direction, mission and policy of SMART objectives in the field of quality. Finally, considered by the authors approach to visualization of the processes allows us to perform strategic, operational and project management by objectives, taking into account the internal and external situation with correctly prioritized development.

It is exceptionally endowed with natural assets, with globally significant biodiversity and valuable crops, and also harbors the world s greatest carbon sink in the Amazon. The purpose of the series is to contribute to the global knowledge exchange on innovation in environmental and water resources management and the pursuit of greener and more inclusive growth. The series addresses issues relevant to the region s environmental sustainability agenda from water resources management to environmental health, natural resource management, biodiversity conservation, environmental policy, pollution management, environmental institutions and governance, ecosystem services, environmental financing, irrigation and climate change and their linkages to development and growth. The author presents three successful case studies. The first case study describes how Colombia designed and implemented an air quality management program based on public awareness, evidence-based policy design, and political commitment to reform. The second case study examines how Brazil is promoting access to environmental justice through the public prosecutors model. A third case study shows how the modeling of climate change and monitoring of glacial retreat in the Andean countries is fostering decision making to address the increasingly important challenge of climate change adaptation.

World Bank's response to the need for a comprehensive
study of Turkey's education system, in light of the
dramatic changes that are sure to alter the country's
social and economic landscape over the next decade. The
study was prepared in association with the Education Reform
Initiative of the Istanbul Policy Center on the basis of
research and dialogue with a wide array of education
stakeholders and actors. The overall objective of the ESS is
to provide an assessment of current challenges to the
education system in Turkey and identify policy options that
can complement the country's existing pre-tertiary
education strategy. Volume one provides a complete
description of challenges, conclusions, and policy options
for the reform of pre-school, primary, and secondary
education. It includes an Annex that summarizes the research
studies and policy notes commissioned to inform the report.

Higher Education Quality Assurance in Sub-Saharan Africa : Status, Challenges, Opportunities, and Promising PracticesMateru, Peter (Washington, DC: World Bank, 2012-05-31)This report maps and assesses the status
and practice of higher education quality assurance (QA) in
Sub-Saharan Africa. It centers on quality assurance in
degree-granting tertiary institutions, but also
incorporates, where available, information on other types of
tertiary education. A main finding is that structured
national-level quality assurance processes in African higher
education are a very recent phenomenon and that most
countries face major capacity constraints. The research for
this report was conducted between November 2005 and December
2006 through document and web reviews, interviews and six
detailed country case studies covering Cameroon, Ghana,
Mauritius, Nigeria, South Africa and Tanzania. This study
has two main purposes, one being to establish a baseline on
the status of quality assurance in higher education in
Africa. A second is to provide information to education
policymakers, stakeholders (including employers) and
development partners involved in tertiary education in
Africa that may assist them with identification and
prioritization of capacity enhancement needs for quality improvement.
